Why does time have to go by sooooooo fast? I hate it that the cute baby phase goes so quick. I feel like just yesterday I was pregnant with her and now she is so big. I know she is only getting older with each day so I need to build a bridge and get over it! She is just so cute and amazing that I don't want her to get any bigger. Hannah is such a little girl now and I miss her baby day's so much. I think this is why some crazy women out there have a dozen kids, the baby stage! I know I want six.

Poor baby
This past Sunday was just like any other. We got home from church shortly after four and we were getting ready for company and dinner. So Hannah asks were her milk it and sees it. Then THUMP! I thought she had just bonked her little head, after all she is two and clumsy. So she comes over to me crying. I immediately came to her rescue only to see blood gushing from her chin! The poor baby busted her chin open! She tries to convince me that she is all better and doesn't want to go to the doctors. My mother in law rushed over since she was a nurse and told me she needed stitches. So off to the ER we go. Yay! They put this ridiculous bandage on her head and I couldn't help but laugh my head off. I was trying not to let her see me laughing so she would not get upset, but I could not control myself and neither could the nurses. It was pretty funny looking and completely unnecessary! So after they kindly escorted me out so they could barbarically pin my baby down and do what they needed to do to contain the screaming, kicking, yelling two year old, they informed me that they used bonding glue instead so she would not have a huge scar. Hannah was so funny telling them off and then she realized that didn't work so she then asked for them to let her go, still didn't work. Then it got sad. She was crying, "Please let me go!" It was so sad but at least she kept her manners. 75 bucks later and some bonding glue we were all done. It was so dramatic and silly. I do feel bad that that happened to her but we had a good time in the ER. We made the best of it anyway. Hannah though I was so cool to take a glove and blow it up for her. She is still holding on to that "chicken balloon" and is walking around so funny. She won't open her mouth all the way to talk because of her band aid. It's hilarious! I love being a mom!

Utah!
Well I think I am just about the only Morman who has never been to Utah. I went once before to St. George but Scott says that doesn't count and so did the friends I went to visit. So anyway I finally went! My friend and I were brave enough to take five kids on this long trip with us, one twelve year old, two toddlers, and two infants! WOW! It actually went a lot better than I thought. Maybe because of all my prayers, I'm not sure, but it worked. Leah surprised me by doing so well. We had a great time while we were there. We went to a petting zoo and ate some really good food, and had so much fun with our friends. Hannah was loving being able to spend so much time with her friend. I loved seeing them play. And mommy had a good time too! I love Utah and want to move there someday. Thank you Annie and Elle for having us and showing us such a good time! We love you!

My Birthday!
I had my birthday yesterday and it was such a great day! I'm super big on birthday's and my birthday's usually have sucked in the past. My sweet husband does everything he can to make my day special. And this year was no different! Since my birthday was on a Sunday it was very low key, but he did all the things he knows I love! We went to dinner on Saturday night just the two of us to one of my favorite places, Famous Dave's BBQ. Then on Sunday morning he made me breakfast and took care of the kids. He had to work, but surprised me by staying home with us. So having him home was a gift in itself! He then planned a family dinner and topped it off with one of my favorite things, Ice cream cake! It was so yummy. He gave me my gift and we spent the rest of the night as a family. For those of you who know my husband, he works so hard to provide for his family so I can stay home with our beautiful girls and he is hardly ever home. So when we have the opportunity to spend an evening at home it is so special to us, every moment is. I want to thank my sweet husband for being the best provider any woman can ever ask for and giving me so much to live for! He is such a great father and he is my best friend. I really feel like a lucky woman to have him as my companion. Thank you for making me feel like your Queen and for making my birthday great!
