Snow Days

Hannah's first snow. Isn't she cute!
Snow Angels. All Hannah's idea! I didn't even know she knew how to do that.
"Homie" the snowman
Sledding with Daddy

We took Hannah up to the snow for her first time. She was so excited all the way up when she saw the snow on the side of the road or on the roof of the cars. When we got there she was a trooper. We all played so hard. And we had to do all the fun things you do in the snow like our snowman that Hannah worked to hard on.  We had a great day as a family and can't wait to go back again soon. I can't wait to go back by myself and go snowboarding!

Seven months old

My little sweetheart is 7 months old. She is just the sweetest most precious little baby ever! I just can't get enough of my little girl. She scoots everywhere and sits from a laying position on her own. I am so in love with my little baby!

My friend took these pictures of her today and did a great job! Leah smiles all the time, and today she was under protest. They are all so cute, I can't even decide which one is my favorite. Thanks so much Ashlee!

Suggestion's please

Ok, so Hannah loves to say prayers. She gets mad when one of us try's to bless the food. The only thing is she knows that all ears are on her and that's her time in the spotlight. So she plays during prayer, she walks around, she talks in voices (high pitched baby talk voices to please Leah) and she says she is thankful for anything that is around her (ie. I'm thankful for my water, i'm thankful for my Mickey ect...) I don't have a problem for her doing that as much since she is a two year old and is probably really grateful for those things. However, she is playing with them at the same time and I've tried it all and nothing is working.

So my plea is for some advice to get this little girl to sit still and to show some friggin' respect during a prayer!!!

Thanks,
Crazy insane Mother

Santa's house call

Where we live is really great. They do all kinds of fun stuff for the kids all the time. Tonight they did Santa house calls. It was awesome, he even brought her a present. Hannah answered the door and was so happy she cried! Santa talked with her, did a large photo session and gave her a gift, that we left on the porch and he put it in his bag. It was fun and we have great memories for Leah's first Christmas as well.  Hannah understands things better this year so she is really into Christmas and Santa just made her even more excited. Scott's family came over too so his little brother could join in on the fun. And I made a Christmas dinner for everyone, this night was very successful! I'm just really grateful for my perfect little girls, their health, being able to stay home with them and make so many fun memories.

A week to forget!

The only good things about being sick are...

1. Shedding a couple of unwanted pounds from not eating and throwing up (although I love eating and hate throwing up, catch 22)
2. Sleeping for 18 hours ( I think I am catching up on that since I have lost so much since Leah was born)
3. And most importantly... Having a wonderful husband stay home to take care of me and our beautiful girls while I lie there dying not so quietly

Another great thing is that we are raising a sweet little girl who is so loving, tender and caring. While I was hugging the toilet she is rubbing my back, holding my hair and asking if I was ok.

Hannah: "Are you ok mamma?"
Me: "No... blahhhhhh"
Hannah: "It's ok mamma, I'll take care of you." as she is rubbing my back

Then she got me water, tissue and helped out with Leah till Scott could get home to rescue me. (He took a few days off then when we thought things were good again, sickness shows it's ugly little face)

Not only did the flu visit me, but so did Mastitis! Temp of 105 and all the sore booby glory that goes with it! And both my girls were throwing up one day. This is a week I would like to forget!

Six months old

She is up on all fours all the time
This is a typical diaper change for us
Watching the Play House Disney show
She loves it just as much as Hannah

And the stink bug.
My little sweetheart is getting so big. She is all over the place now. She gets up in the stink bug position and then lunges. She also scoot's when on her knees too. Any day now and she will be crawling at a fast pace. I'm so not ready for this. It's awesome to see her learn so fast but I want my baby to stay a baby a little longer. She loves to eat. She has a reaction to rice cereal. When she eats it she throws up so we switched to oatmeal and she loves it, and she loves her veggies. I feel so blessed to be her mommy. She smiles all the time and absolutely loves Hannah. Anytime she is near she is smiling at her. That helps out when I am getting ready, I just put Leah right next to Hannah while she is playing and she shares with her and keeps her happy until I am done. I feel like such a lucky mom to have my little girls get along so well, so far!

Halloween

Hannah and her friend Paige
The prettiest little flower I have ever seen
She is such a princess
She ate a "poisonous" apple

If only a prince was here to wake her.

I love holiday's now that I have kids. Just seeing them get excited and being excited for their experiences make life worth while! Hannah wanted to be Snow White this year and we, being Disney freaks, gladly accepted that. She was a great little Princess. Leah was a flower and was not too into it, but still looked too cute for words. We had such a fun time at our ward Trunk or Treat. Hannah's friend Paige was there and they were so excited to see each other. They play so nicely together and get along really well so she had a blast. Our ward is so great!

5 months old

This is how I get greeted in the morning's when I go get her.

She is such a sweetheart.

It's that time again. Leah is 5 months old and again I am in awe over my little baby. She is the sweetest little thing ever. She is rolling around the room and getting up on her knees. I am not ready to chase her around the house quite yet! She has come to terms with the whole car seat thing. She doesn't scream her head off when she is in there now... yay! Now I can focus on my driving and not loosing my sanity! And I can actually leave the house now, which is always nice. She is my little cuddle bug and smiles all the time. Hannah can make her laugh any time, she loves her big sister. We are so blessed to be her parents. I just want her to slow down a little.

All about Hannah

On Scott's day's off we always try and make the most of them. We try and do lots of things for Hannah's sake. This week we went to Disneyland, (which is nothing new since we have passes) and then we went to feed the duck's. Hannah loved it until a rouge goose ran after the bag of bread and scared me half to death!!! She was actually calm but Scott and I were running like little girls! They are pretty vicious animals. Anyway, we took like a whole loaf of bread and she just loved it.

Then Scott decided to do something new. We drove up to Oak Glen and walked around. We got a carmel apple which Hannah did not like, she is not a sweet's kinda girl. And we tested all the different kinds of homemade things they make there on the orchard. We had so much fun just watching Hannah run around and play. We had fun watching her eat it too! She fell a couple of times. Anyway, we had a great time. I just love spending time with my family. We are trying to devote as much time to Hannah as possible since Leah does take a lot of my time. She is such a good girl that there is no way we are spoiling her.

Hannah feeding the ducks, there are more down there!

She loved all the pumpkins. She wanted to take them all home with her.

She had fun running around and picking up the leafs and sticks. She even took them home with her.

Scott and Hannah are best buds.
